Graphics - The normal game graphics are the same as the Genesis version, just little details were added like the animated water in the first stage. The greatest improvement are the cinematic sequences for the intro and pre-game. They are hughe... they lack some colors for nowadays standards, but back then they were excellent.
Sound - The CD Audio format allowed this version to have the greatest music of all the Brutal games. Very nice oriental style hip hop suits the game's atmosphere very well. I can't tell you about the SFX, the Ages emulator still doesn't emulate sound.
Control - I could use 6 buttons in this version. I'm not sure if the emulator gave me full speed, but this version feels more fluid. Maybe it's as frenetic as the Genesis version, but I enjoyed it at medium speed.
Overall - The most complete of the Brutal games, the best music and FMV's.
Unique - The videos, the "Fun Box" that allows you to listen to the soundtrack and see some original art. The VS screens, a scene after the fights showing your opponent defeated and the endings.

Dali's moves are A + B for Taunt, B + C for Head Butt, and Back, A + B + C for the Smoke
Attack.
Play as Karate Croc
At the title screen, press Up, Down, A, B, C, C, B, A, Down, Up.
Now you can revenge your fallen brothers.
