Inside Syndicate headquarters
deep beneath the ocean surface the mutants return safely with their stolen
prize...the energon cubes to transport to Alpha Prime and success of striking
down Lyle Rourke. Ninjara and her allies address Archer on their
assignment.
ARCHER
What is the condition of
Rourke?
NINJARA
He has been permantly
deactivated, we saw him fall.
ARCHER
Fall yes, but can you
guarantee his laser core was extinquished? I must be certain...MewTwo,
activate Laserbeak.
MEWTWO
Laserbeak
transform.
The macaw parrot flies
into view and perches on the gorgonyte's shoulders.
ARCHER
Fly to Ranger headquarters
and learn the true condition of Lyle Rourke.
Unfortunately the
Terminator reacts to this request with alarm and he screeches in terror &
fear.
IVAN <Cracks bad joke>
I think Laserbeak's
chicken.
ARCHER <Boiling mad>
He'll have more to fear if
he refuses to obey me.
Reluctantly the parrot
zooms away to carry out his orders to the letter. Archer thinks this is
his lucky day after all.
ARCHER
If Rourke's lasercore was in
fact extinquished, we shall destroy the cursed Commandos and none shall stand
between us and our conquest of the universe.
Finally the T-800
arrives on-site at Elite headquarters. Swooping inside undetected and
unseen he lands atop a support beam holding up the ceiling archway and peers
down into the emergency operation room where all the Rangers stand around their
helpless leader who lies on the table being examined by Joshua Sweet and
company.
PROFESSOR OAKS
I dunno fellas, <Grim>
it looks bad.
ARCHER <Likes what he
sees>

Screeching a battle-cry
the macaw dives down startling everybody in the room at the same
time.
MRS. KETCHUM <Startled>

Stop him!
Too late as the
Terminator scores a hit on the midsection of Rourke's body with laser bolts shot
from its eye sensors. Then the machine parrot zooms away quickly to avoid
the catastrophe that's about to happen.
JAMES ROCKET
He started some kind of
chain reaction inside Lyle Rourke!
JESSIE ROCKET
Ohmygod!
<Horror>
HELGA SINCLAIR
Stand back everyone, he's
going to explode!
A huge blast erupts
from Rourke's body releasing a fireball & black smoke into the air.
Coughing, choking, hacking from the fumes everyone staggers back to their feet
once again.
PROFESSOR OAKS

TEAM ROCKET

Simultanously the
situation at Elite headquarters could be nothing more than just routine so to
speak.

to Alpha Prime in time Team Rocket? Even Rourke couldn't figure out a clue
to the whereabouts of the next gateway.

That may be true...but Lyle
Rourke didn't use the greatest detective on Earth, Teletran 1.
As he types a series of commands
into the database Jessie explains...

the data we have about the spacebridge's last appearence I might get it to
predict where the bridge will appear next.
