Back at the labratory Archer finally discovers the hiding place the anti-matter formula was transferred to.

Finally I've located the anti-matter. <Grins evilly> Ninjara, <Transmits to his Air Commander> an outside computer now holds the formula we seek. I will transmit the coordinates for you. Get the formula, bring it here immediately.

Within seconds the mutants arrive outside the front door of Team Rocket's house in the neighborhood district of Pallet Town.

The Terminator wolf leaps into action crashing through the door breaking it into splinters. Alarmed the pokemon terrorists realize the Syndicate have found them.

Oh no, the Empire! I've memorized the formula so once I rip this up, <Destroys the CD> there's no way the mutants can learn the secrets of the anti-matter.

Then Ravage crashes through the door into the study confronting the two teens who defiantly stand-off the machine.

You're too late Ravage! The information's already been destroyed.

Unfortunately the Terminator does not believe them and attacks! Knocking Team Rocket into unconsciousness he carefully picks them up in its mouth and springs through the window landing in the front-yard outside.

Excellent Ravage. <He reinserts the T-800 into his portable player>

Minutes later after learning of the hostage crisis at the labratory Lyle Rourke and the Elite execute a rescue mission to save Team Rocket if they are not too late. Going with them are Ash, Brock, Misty & Tracy.

Standing atop the arched entrance leading into the complex are Ivan and Ninjara holding Jessie & James as human shields with pulse guns trained on the approaching vehicles.

Giggling evilly the samauri levitates to the ground carrying both James & Jessie inside with her. At the same time Rourke gives instructions.

Commandos, transform. <His soldiers morph to humanoid form> Now here's my plan. <Outlines the gameplans>

Back inside the labratory Archer watches MewTwo mind-melds Team Rocket to drain the information of the anti-matter formula.

Foolish mortals. Did you really think you could hide the anti-matter formula inside your primative brains?

Formula extracted lord Archer. <Finishes meld process>

But you can't use the research for destruction, it...it's wrong.

You can't kill innocent life-forms or rule the world like GODS.

Get rid of the teens. The time has come to create anti-matter.

Back outside the labratory the Elite make plans to rescue the hostages unharmed and try and stop Archer.

Sorry chief, I was just getting ready. <Appears like a ghost>

And so was we, ahh, that is um, me and my two holographic twins. <Refers to clones next to her which vanish>

Fine. Now let's begin Operation Anti-Matter and be careful.

Lara & Kip dissapear from view and start their assault on the complex. Standing guard atop the roof Ivan keeps watch for intruders. At first he thinks he sees something approaching...

Hey, I don't remember seeing the...<Double take> now what's that?

As the mutant griz bodybuilder spins around looking for the source of the voice he fails to spot Paul Phoenix passing overhead un-detected. The street fighter together with ninja master & tombraider sneak into the labratory still unseen by Ivan who can't locate the unseen intruders.

There's nobody here, I must be seeing things or hearing things.

The pokemon clone enters a series of commands onto a keyboard and information scrolls down the screen. Seconds later glowing-humming energy starts flowing through pipe-tubing in the ceilings. The gorgonyte can't believe his good luck so far!

Amazing! I've generated anti-matter. The golden key to our conquest of the universe. Bring the energon cubes.

As the cubes are being filled with the anti-matter Team Rocket attempt to stop the baddies themselves.

Unfortunately they are struck down by Ravage who pins them to the floor growling in their faces.

Increase power to maximum potential. <Turns to glower at fallen teens> And I thought I ordered someone to get rid of them.

We did, WE DID, WE DID! <Lara and her two clones repeat the same phrase>

However the laser bolts pass harmlessly though the clones and explode against the far wall. Simultanously Phoenix, Misty, Brock, Tracy & Ash hurry down the stairs and into the building.

Before the startled vixen can react Killigan shoots the weapon out of her hands at the same time Phoenix prepares to escape with the hostages.

OK gang, let's haul cylinders! <Morphs to his monster truck mode>

Then he races away out of the complex followed by Lara Croft and Killigan bringing up rear guard. All the mutants open fire on the fleeing enemy.

Too late Archer...too late. The vehicles smashed through plate-glass windows and sail through the air over the parking lot and clearing the security gates. Caught by suprise Ivan watches the trucks flash past him.

Pulling to a stop before Rourke and the other Commandos Phoenix gives his debriefing report.

Team Rocket & Professors Oaks & Ivy are safe now Commander, it's your game now.

The 18-Wheeler roars full speed towards the main gate and plows through it then hits the main doors catapaulting Ivan into the air off the rooftop. The trailer doors pop open and the cars & trucks race out and into the base.

Come on guys! We gotta get those anti-matter cubes before it's too late.

But as they burst into the workplace the soldiers stop in terror as Archer stands before them, smirking and tossing one of the cubes up and down in his palm.

It is too late, heheheahahahaha...CATCH! <And he throws it>

All the Elite hit the deck as the cube explodes on contact with the floor. A huge fireball rises into the sky accompanied by black smoke. Archer's laughter rings all around the helpless Commandos as they stagger-stumble back outside into fresh air again coughing, hacking, choking.

Commandos, we've suffered losses but we've not lost the war. For the moment we will return to headquarters for repairs. Elite, transform. <His warriors morph back to vehicular form> Roll out.

As the convoy retreats back to headquarters the mutants watch them leave. Archer cannot contain his glee. He believes victory will be his very soon.

Heheohohoho...the destruction of the Elite is now at hand. Powered by anti-matter energon cubes I will reduce them to dust molecules.

And back inside Elite headquarters near Pallet Town Mrs. Ketchum and Joshua Sweet having a tea party happen to glance up at the sound of approaching engines and stare in shock-suprise at the convoy returning battle-damaged.

Good grief, you guys & gals look like the guest of honor at a car pile-up on the freeways.

Mom! You and Doc Sweet, you got to put them back together again and fast.

This is all my fault. Archer would never have gotten the anti-matter formula if I had not memorized it.

And who knows what dangers the Syndicate have in store now.

There's no way he could have erased your brains, anyway...I got better use for them. <Both terrorists stare at him curiously>

And back at the destroyed labratory the Empire head off to takedown the Elite once and for all.
